First of all, Thanks to God for the wonderful Sunday yesterday.
Serving students with hospitality
I had worship at Chapel and some students came to my home. Though not many, we could have closer sharing. We watched the gospel movie “天作之合” which I didn’t plan before, just because the DVD was placed nearby my sofa and sister Jenny saw it and suggested us watching it. One of the students—Ivy Jiang, is not a Christian yet, but I keep in touch with her on msn messenger and share our life. Overall, we had good time. Hope I can invite more students to come visit my home later.
Unexpected Celebration
The other thing is one of the student, Tse Fong from Beijing, had her birthday yesterday. She was so happy for being invited to visit my home and tasted many HK style food like curry fish balls (cooked by Big Chef Miss Nicole NG…hehe), Tuna sandwich and Egg Tart bought by my mom as well. I hope she has a very memorable birthday since her first time being away from home country. Actually I didn’t know it was her birthday until she told me after she left my home. Well, Thank God. I didn’t set my hospitality for special reason, just for I want to show care when they first arrived this strange land.
“榮升”組媽
At night I joined PTH (Putonghua) Fellowship. I am invited to be Team leader 組媽 and I have committed to do it for 1 semester. I have three little girls (as compared with my age…hehe), they are very keen to learn Cantonese from me as I am a local Hong Konger and an Alumni. They don’t mind to learn Cantonese with the Chinese Bible. Funny, they asked me where to shop and buy cheap digital camera and apparels. Well, we can have some kind outings including shopping.
So I will be very busy with ministry. Um… Can I not use the word “busy”? Because I think I enjoy and it is not a ministry but a path for me to grow as well. It is a way for me to practice what I have learned from the equipment course at seminary. (It’s easy to grasp knowledge and skills but not use it)

2. Pray for 組爸 Sam for his being able to join the fellowship whilst his final year of his study, as last night he was absent.
3. To keep close relationship with airport pick-up students: Ivy, Tina
4. To disciple those Christians who are back to China and could not access to church. (I will try to visit some of them in Shenzhen on 1 Oct)
